Who's Who

Committee Members

If you would like to become a committee member, you will attend meetings to vote on issues and give us ideas; and you can volunteer for your favourite events!  We try to schedule meetings to suit everyone - so come and join us.

Officers

The following Officers are the point of contact between the Senior Leadership team and the parents.

Chairperson

Charlene Ives (elected November 2018) co-ordinates events and is the main point of contact for volunteers. If you want to become part of The Friends, then Charlene would love to hear from you.  Email friendsofleatherheadtrinity@gmail.com.

Vice Chair

Helen Barrow  (elected November 2016) is also a point of contact for volunteers.

Treasurer

Tanya Bell (elected November 2018) controls budgets and produces end of year financial reports.

Secretary

Katie Rickard (elected November 2018) produces agendas, minutes, newsletters and parent letters.

Class Reps

In each class we need at least one parent who can help The Friends on a regular basis.  Their role is to be the main link between The Friends, the parents of that class and the teacher. For example, they may be asked to help recruit other parents when helpers are needed at events, liaise with teachers to help with school trips and gather a crowd for social nights out.

Happy Helpers

From time to time there will be requests via Gateway or our email account for volunteers.

PLEASE VOLUNTEER!

It makes events run well and makes them more fun for everyone involved.

Please sign up and give us your email address so we can contact you easily.

Also, please consider becoming DBS checked so you can help out with the events which involve the children - like the discos.

We always need your support - just a little of your time can make a huge difference!
