Mission/ Statement of Aims
Raise aspirations and academic outcomes through Quality First Teaching with a rich specialist curriculum for the diverse community in which Leatherhead Trinity School is located – music, languages, sports, creative arts, science, technology, engineering and outdoor learning. Celebrate all our children’s achievements through a growth mind set culture with positive risk-taking showcasing the talents of our children with new experiences throughout our community. Three Year Strategic Priorities
SDP: Quality First Teaching, learning and assessment – delivered through outcomes, effectiveness in EYFS and increasing attendance -Develop an environment that enables every child in our school to have a thirst for learning and to reach their full potential and aspirations both academically and socially during and beyond their school experience.
SDP: Quality First Teaching PP/SEND and effectiveness of early years -Demonstrate outstanding practice with outcomes in closing the gap for children who face multiple social and learning disadvantages in our community.
SDP: Effectiveness Leadership and Management - Governance and Leadership - Deliver strong strategic leadership and accountability that provides strategic direction through a coaching style in all areas of performance and delivery to achieve our vision.
