Welcome

Dear Parents and Carers,

On behalf of our children, staff and Governors I would like to welcome you to Leatherhead Trinity School and Children’s Centre (or at least the virtual version)!

We are a two-form entry primary school who endeavour to deliver the highest quality education for children from Nursery (beginning with 2 year olds) to Year 6 (11 year olds). Our Children’s Centre offers universal, and targeted, services for families of children from birth to 19 years old. Therefore, we pride ourselves in our community integrations.

As a school, we aim to serve our local community by providing education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice, and through working in close partnership with three local church communities. We encourage and understand the meaning and significance of faith and promote Christian values through the experiences we offer, and nurture, in all of our pupils, staff, governors and the wider community. Our Christian values are:

  • Respect
  • Truth
  • Love
  • Forgiveness
  • Commitment

We also have a Communication and Interaction Needs Centre, which provides integrated education for children with Educational Health Care Plans. We focus on the young person’s successful inclusion in their mainstream class via an inclusive whole school ethos. The provision for each child is flexible classroom based, responding to the individual needs of the child.

We hope that you find everything you are looking for within our fully comprehensive website and that you develop a strong sense of our values and educational offer but, please contact the school office directly with any queries you may have or any suggestions for content for this website. Alternatively, you are warmly welcomed to book an appointment to come and see the school in action for yourselves.

Kind regards

Elizabeth Killin

Headteacher
